I am a registered childminder and I comply with all the requirements set out by OFSTED. To meet all of OFSTED’s requirements means that I have been inspected, my home has been deemed as safe and that my husband and I have been fully CRB checked.
For insurance purposes, I hold a public liability insurance certificate and I am insured by Morton Michel. I hold Group One car insurance and I drive a 7 seater Ford Galaxy.
As part of the conditions of my registration, I also hold an Early Years First Aid certificate and the training was held by St Johns Ambulance.
Other than raising three small children of my own, in preparation to being a childminder, I attended a pre-registration course as required by the local authority and OFSTED. I have recently had my full Ofsted inspection and was graded as Outstanding in every area.

My aim is to provide attentive, sensitive care to children ensuring they are always safe, secure, happy, stimulated & comfortable in their surroundings.
I have also been inspected by CIEH (Chartered Institute Of Environmental Health) and this was all passed with no problems at all.
To ensure I continue giving excellent care, I attend regular childminding and childcare courses in order to aid the continuous improvement and development of the childcare I provide.
To further my career in childcare, I have recently passed an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Learning and Development.
I provide childcare in a lovely homely setting and as a childminder I have in place a full list of policies and procedures all of which are available at anytime.
